Regulatory Deadline Reminder
If you operate or manage a publicly owned treatment works with a flow rate at or above 1MGD, serve 10,000 people or more, have been assigned a Class I sludge treatment facility status, or have been assessed by the EPA as a facility that must report, your annual Part 503 report is due by February 19th.
