USST Announces Newly Designed Wastewater Website, Targeted to Better Serve Utilities Managers, Operators and Engineers
U.S. Submergent Technologies (USST) launches a fully redesigned wastewater website, focused on the needs and objectives of treatment plant managers, operators, engineers, and the water industry.

Since 2011, USST has supported the stormwater and wastewater industry as the premier service provider for restoring the capacity of wet infrastructure. As the team explains, “we have more than a decade of service under our tool belts, focused on effectively and efficiently cleaning tanks, large-diameter pipes, lift stations and other infrastructure.”
USST has recently launched a rebuilt and fully updated version of its company website. The newly designed site, ussubmergent.com, is leaner and, you could even say, “cleaner” than the previous website, with simplified navigation and fewer pages. As USST Project Manager Chandler Stutler explained, “We wanted the new website to bring the same attention to detail and quality we strive to bring to every project. I think it’s a great step forward for our brand.”
Wastewater Website Design with Intuitive Navigation
Although every page of the new USST website features a traditional navigational bar at the top, the site’s home page also provides a navigational overview of the site’s complete contents. In other words, as you scroll the homepage from top to bottom, you experience a microcosm of the entire site, with each section on the homepage representing corresponding detailed information available on the site’s secondary pages.
The website is organized into three main sections: Technology, Structures We Clean, and Team Information, as well as Contact and News pages.
The Technology page explains the company’s powerful vacuum, supported by a downhole pump, jetter, and an extended reach boom, known as Combination3® Technology, and its patented GritGone® Process, which speeds up debris removal and delivers debris in a near paint-filter dry condition. To further demonstrate the benefits of these technologies and processes to utilities, case studies are also included on the technology page.
The Structures We Clean page covers the diverse range of infrastructure that the U.S. Submergent Technologies team can clean, including structures you might not expect, such as methane tanks, gypsum ponds, lagoons, aeration basins, and more. The page also provides more information about how USST cleans various structures and the optimal results it achieves.
And because even the most effective wastewater infrastructure cleaning is only as good as the team providing the services, the Team page dives into the deep commitment of USST team members to training, safety, and responsive client care.
Answering the Most-Asked Questions: On the Website and On the Job
“Our new website is purposefully designed,” said Project Manager Randy Cordery, “to answer the questions we hear most often from utilities managers, engineers, and treatment plant operators. We also have questions we ask our clients to help us optimally serve their needs, budgets, and objectives.
“For example, we would want to know their current means and method of removing the sand and grit material once the structure is drained and if they have an option for an onsite drying bed for disposal management or if they prefer a turnkey operation with cleaning, transportation, and offsite disposal management. If the tank structure cannot be drained, then we would introduce our patented online downhole pumping operation. This operation can remove the solids while the tank structure remains online. Every job is unique, and we tailor each service to meet specific needs.
“Our new website provides valuable information. And then our team is fully available to answer the one-on-one questions that are so important to delivering customized service.”
The team at USST invites you to visit ussubmergent.com, offering multilingual options in English, Spanish, and French.
