International Women In Engineering Day
June 23 is International Women in Engineering Day. SediVision and U.S. Submergent Technologies proudly salute women in all areas of engineering, and especially those who have devoted their careers to the wastewater industry.
Established by the Women’s Engineering Society, WES, the 2023 Women in Engineering Day marks the tenth year of the event. This year’s theme is #MakeSafetySeen.
As part of the event, the WES Webinar was hosted at 12:00:00 PM · BST (7:00 AM EST) featuring presenters Dame Dawn Childs DBE FREng, Amanda Creak, Dr Nina Baker, Antony Firth, Elizabeth Donnelly, MSc FRSA MRAeS MINCOSE and the panel of 2023 #WE50 winners.
