Established by the United Nations, World Toilet Day is intended to draw attention to the global need for better management of water and sanitation.
If your toilet flushed today, say “thank you” to the men and women who work in our country’s wastewater industry, keeping things flowing. According to United Nations data, 3.5 billion people live without access to safely managed sanitation.
